- Manufacturing Equipment – The production line integrates Sumitomo injection molding machines, Nittoku winding equipment, and Hübner vacuum potting systems, guaranteeing winding precision and product consistency.
- Quality Control – VBRIG holds **IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001** certifications. Every batch undergoes **thermal shock testing from –40°C to +150°C** and extended high-temperature endurance trials. Defect rate is maintained below 0.2%.
- Global Reach – Products are exported to 45+ countries and regions, including North America, Europe, Russia, and Asia. The new plant further strengthens VBRIG's global supply capacity and quality consistency.
